Welcome to Youth Sports Florida (YSF)! By accessing and using our website, programs, and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before participating in any YSF activities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website (www.ysfl.org), registering for programs, making a donation, volunteering, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility

✔️ Participants in YSF sports programs must meet age and skill-level requirements as outlined in specific program descriptions.
✔️ Minors (under 18) must have parental or legal guardian consent to participate in our programs.
✔️ Volunteers and coaches may be required to complete background checks for safety purposes.

3. Registration & Payment

✔️ Program Registration – To enroll in any YSF program, participants must complete the official registration form and provide accurate information.
✔️ Payment Policy – Fees for programs, events, or donations are due upon registration and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
✔️ Cancellations – If a program is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, YSF may offer rescheduling or refunds at its discretion.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, coaches, and volunteers are expected to maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior. By joining YSF, you agree to:

✔️ Respect Coaches & Officials – Follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
✔️ Practice Good Sportsmanship – Treat teammates and opponents with fairness and respect.
✔️ Ensure a Safe & Inclusive Environment – Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
✔️ Adhere to Facility Rules – Follow the guidelines at training locations and competition venues.

???? Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from YSF programs.

5. Liability Waiver

✔️ Assumption of Risk – Participants and parents acknowledge that sports involve physical activity and potential injury risks. By registering, you accept these risks.
✔️ Medical Authorization – In the event of an emergency, YSF has permission to seek necessary medical attention for participants.
✔️ Limitation of Liability – YSF, its staff, and volunteers are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in any YSF program or event.

???? All participants (or their parents/guardians) must sign a waiver before engaging in activities.

6. Photography & Media Release

✔️ By participating in YSF events or programs, you grant us permission to photograph, record, and use images/videos of participants for promotional and marketing purposes.
✔️ If you prefer not to have your or your child’s image used, please submit a written request to info@ysfl.org before the event.

7. Website Usage & Content

✔️ Intellectual Property – All content on www.ysfl.org (including text, logos, graphics, and images) is the property of YSF and cannot be copied, distributed, or modified without permission.
✔️ User Conduct – You agree not to use the website for fraudulent activities, spam, or any behavior that disrupts operations.
✔️ Third-Party Links – Our website may contain links to external sites. YSF is not responsible for third-party content, security, or privacy practices.

8. Cancellations & Refund Policy

✔️ Program Fees: Refunds are only issued if YSF cancels a program. No refunds for participant withdrawals after the start date.
✔️ Event Cancellations: If an event is postponed, your registration may be transferred to a future date.
✔️ Merchandise Returns: Any purchased YSF merchandise must be returned within 14 days in unused condition for a refund.

9. Termination of Services

YSF reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in programs or website access if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in misconduct, or disrupts the safety and well-being of others.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

YSF may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued participation in our programs or use of our website implies acceptance of the revised terms.
